What should I bring?+
Bring a current photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport.
How do I schedule fingerprinting?+
For FD-258 cards, schedule directly with USA Occupational Services by calling 716-844-8020 or calling or texting 716-986-5965. For federal fingerprinting through PrintScan or Fieldprint, schedule with the provider first, then visit USA Occupational Services. For New York State fingerprinting, contact IdentoGO directly, not USA Occupational Services.
Do you offer DOT employment drug testing?+
Yes. USA Occupational Services offers DOT and non-DOT testing support.
Where does the mobile collection service go?+
Mobile collections serve Western New York. Appointments beyond 20 miles round-trip may be subject to a convenience fee.
How quickly are results available?+
The current site states a typical turnaround of 48 hours. Timing can vary by test, so call with the details of your appointment.
Can I book an appointment online?+
Yes. Appointments are available through the existing booking service.
